How does the pricing of Clear Minds work?

Our pricing depends on what service and platform package you choose. Both the platform and our investment services are priced based on the assets under advice/administration. White-labeling is offered without cost and we offer a 3 months trial period free of charge.


How does the trial period and setup work?

We offer a trial period where you can use our platform and try it with your customers for 3 months free of charge. During the trial period, you can install our platform in your branding on your website and test it with your customers. After the trial period, you can choose to cancel the contract or keep the platform as a standard client.


Who can see my sensitive client data?

Sensitive client data is stored and in a separate database which only you have access to. That is, this database can only be accessed via the platform with your separate login credentials.


Where is my data stored?

All data is stored on a physical server in Switzerland.

Importantly, note that no data will ever be stored outside Switzerland


Do I need any special IT knowledge in my company?

No special IT knowledge is needed. We will maintain and run the platform for you, except for the customer data parts. To maintain confidentiality, Clear Minds has no access to your customer data. You however need to make sure that all employees that will work with the platform are interested in learning a new IT system.


What is needed for integration of my customers’ accounts?

It follows a very simple process. We need to know the contact details of your relationship managers and the custody banks you work with. The rest is taken care of by us and our asset consolidation tool provided by WealthArc.
